You will find the salaries lower than the big Canadian metro areas like Vancouver, but the cost of living is also soooo much lower. The weather is, well, not as mild as Vancouver. :-) Buy yourself a nice Honda snowblower and all will be fine. I've noticed www.CareerBeacon.com has a reasonable amount of software dev work advertised in the area. We're thinking of buying an acreage outside of town, is there much of a commute in the Moncton area? We live in Vancouver and are sick and tired of the pace and cost of living (houses) here.
